FAQs

Why should I join a group ride?

A group ride is tons of fun and a great way to share your passion for cycling with like minded ladies but it’s also a great way to learn from others and improve your riding skills. You can build your skills in a very supportive environment, ask questions and have lots of laughters along the way.

What is a “no drop” ride?

During a “no drop” ride nobody is left behind. These group rides have been designed to accommodate different level of riders, allow everyone to participate at their comfort level.

Each ride is designed with “re group” stops there riders have a chance to regroup and continue their ride as a group.

I’m not sure I ride fast enough to join this group

Not to worry at all! Our rides don't have a minimum pace requirement, so come out and join us. These rides have been designed with you in mind, allowing  you to go at your own pace. Signing up for a “no drop” ride the entire group is very supportive of others, allowing for everyone to catch up at the regroup stops. We’ll cheer you on and our ride leader will be there to support you all the way. When we say “no drop” ride we mean it!

What routes does the group ride?

We have lots of fun routes to choose from and our ride leader will map out reach route prior to a scheduled ride so you can see what we’ve got planned and print out the route before the ride if you like. Our rides take us along some of the most scenic routes in the area, away from busy roads and traffic

Is there anything I need to bring?

Yes, please make sure you bring your ID, some liquid, your helmet (no helmet no ride) and your phone and of course your bike. Your bike should be in good working condition.
